Gently clean the area to remove body oil and skin residue. Do not use moisturizers, creams or other skin care products anywhere near the area before using the nipple shields as this will reduce the adhesion of the nipple shield.
Apply the covers one side at a time. Make sure that when applying, the nipple is in the center of the nipple shield. Press the nipple shield lightly against the skin to obtain the final result.
